SpokenbyT is a spoken word poet, facilitator & recording artist based in Toronto. Deeply inspired by the sounds and passion of old school jazz, in collaboration with soulful hip hop/rnb, T creates a musical sound that is unlike any other. T’s poetry has reached stages including HISTORY, Massey Hall & Brooklyn Museum. In September 2023, T hit a record of 100 shows and soon after made her poetic songwriting debut on Yebba’s single, Waterfall (I Adore You). In Nov 2023, T released her debut single, PLEASE. Growing with non-profit organizations including Unity Charity, T has spent the last 4 years teaching the craft of poetry and performance to a range of communities across the GTA. She’s an alumni of The Remix Project and has collaborated with Footlocker Canada, Adidas and Daniels Corp. To date, T has performed on over 75 stages in front of more than 100,000 people.



She has spent years teaching and connecting with youth and young adults through mentorship and facilitation, expanding on writing and expression, as well as performance techniques.


T uses the art of words and poetry to explore her emotions and articulate her perspectives on the world around her.
