Collection: teté
teté is a Toronto-based artist born in Brazil and grew up in England and Mexico. Trained with a jazz background, she is now completing her debut EP with heavy influences in Neo soul, R&B, and Latin sounds. She isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of English, Spanish, and Portuguese music with her distinctively colourful sounds. With a dreamlike state yet captivating style, teté is creating a new playground for experimentally mellow music. Her first single, “I Will Not Stay,” was released last spring, and she has been performing shows throughout Toronto and Mexico ever since.
