Saint Haarlem

Haarlem (b.1998) is a Sudanese-Egyptian portrait photographer based in Toronto. Raised by way of Shabasha, Bahri, Abu Dhabi and Mississauga, her cross-cultural upbringing lends to a mode of storytelling that is gracious and honest. Inspired by her lived experiences as well as those of the communities to which she belongs and is surrounded by, Haarlem aspires to create visual documents and weave re-imaginings that gently hold space for multiple realities and dreams.
